To kick off our 2014/2015 S.I.G.A Theare Season SNTC will host I.P.A.A's Intertribal Gathering on the great plains of Saskatchewan. For four days SNTC will host indigenous and multicultural artists and arts administrators from across Canada! The House You Build

Critically Acclaimed playwright Donna-Michelle St Bernard of New Harlem Productions pens a unique script involving spoken word, modern dance and Lakota traditional song and dance. As part of the Circle of Voices program, Donna-Michelle will integrate real life stories from the 2014/2015 Circle of Voices participants. The House You Build is a fresh take on theatre and crowds can expect laughs, tears and empowerment from this piece.

Crees In the Caribbean

Evie and Cecil are celebrating their 35 wedding anniversary. As a present, their grown children decide to send them to a fabulous resort in Mexico as a second honeymoon. The only problem is, neither have ever been out of the country, let alone their Cree community. There is also the matter of Cecil's suspicions that there might be more behind this trip then he has been told. The past, present and future all pay the couple a visit as they deal with the sun, the sand and the spicy food
